All songs except for "Backstab" and "Smart Bomb" were recorded in 1987 at Studio 55 in Des Moines, Iowa, and produced by Jim Roth and The Hollowmen and engineered by Kerry Moore.

"Backstab" and "Smart Bomb" were recorded at Remington Road Studios in 1986 and produced by Michael Freeman and Ric Menck.
